Hi, I’m Jacinta, but most people just call me Jay.
I’m a storyteller, strategist, and creative business coach with a knack for turning ideas into action. Whether you’re writing a novel, launching a business, or navigating a new chapter, I help you find the rhythm, clarity, and confidence to move forward.
My work lives in that curious space where strategy meets soul. The place where spreadsheets and storyboards sit side by side, and where creativity isn’t just encouraged… it’s essential.
Over the past decade, I’ve written content for purpose-led brands, coached creatives through launch wobbles, helped founders reconnect with their voice, and shaped stories for the screen. I’ve worked with people who had a big idea and didn’t know where to start, and people who had started but couldn’t see the next step.
No matter where you are in your creative journey, I’m here to help you turn possibility into progress, and progress into something you’re proud of.

Because I know how powerful a good idea can be, and how easy it is to get lost in the process.
Because creativity deserves to be taken seriously, even when it doesn’t follow a straight line.

I’ve been the one holding the plan, writing the words, running the meeting, and asking the kind of questions that unlock something quietly brilliant. I’ve seen what happens when creative people finally feel seen, and what shifts when they start believing in their work again.
This isn’t just about branding or business or storytelling. It’s about helping you feel steady in your own magic.
A Bit of Background
I’ve worked in banking, branding, coaching, copywriting, content strategy, screenwriting, education, and emergency services. That patchwork has become a tapestry, and it gives me a unique way of seeing how all the pieces of your world connect.
I studied creative writing at university and screenwriting at the Australian Film, Television and Radio School. I’ve written blogs, keynote speeches, written SEO webpages, produced podcasts, edited resumes, built brand voices, and helped launch entire careers. One of my short films was a finalist at CinefestOz. Another time, I helped a financial planner find the right metaphor for her homepage. Both moments were filled with a little spark.
At my core, I’m someone who listens deeply, helps untangle the overwhelm, and holds space for clarity to appear.
